The host usually misses their own party.

You know how it goes, you plan a night with your favorite people and then spend the evening working away in the kitchen and missing the evening. Let us take care of the food, and service if need be, while you entertain and enjoy!

What people book it for

Convenience, Peace of Mind, Unforgettable Food & Memorable Events

A group of guests with Chef Michael at a party
  • Dinner parties You host, we cook. The kitchen stays ours for the evening and yours by the end of it.
  • Holidays The meal everyone remembers, without one person missing all of it.
  • Milestone birthdays Built around the food the guest of honor actually loves.
  • Date night at home A courses-and-wine evening that does not need a reservation or a coat.
  • Small gatherings Showers, engagements, retirements — the ones that are too personal for a hall.
  • Grazing & canapés Charcuterie, focaccia, boards and small plates for a room that is standing up.

How an evening comes together

Four steps, and three of them are ours.

We talk it through

Your date, your guests, what you like and what nobody can eat. The consultation is free and there is no menu to choose from — it gets written for the night.

You get the menu

Written out, costed, and changed as many times as you want until it reads like the evening you had in mind. Wine suggestions if you want them.

We shop and prep

Sourcing, prep and the timing plan are all on our side. You do not get a shopping list the day before.

We cook, you host

Chef Michael works in your kitchen while the evening happens around it, courses land when they should, and the kitchen is left clean.

What it costs

Each event is different, with unique menus, and levels of service for you to choose

A four-course dinner for six and a room of forty on their feet are not the same job, so there is no single number that would be honest on this page.

Tell us the date, roughly how many people, and the kind of evening you have in mind. You get a written menu and a price for it before you commit to anything, and the consultation that gets you there is free.

If it’s a cooking lesson you’re after rather than a chef for the night, that one does have a flat rate — it’s on the pricing page.
